Payments can be made direct to our bank account. Please note that some payments can take up to three working days to clear. Your item/s will only be ordered once your payment has cleared in our account. The details you will require are:

All canvas products are custom made to order and will be ordered on receipt of payment. Please note that our current delivery time is 10 to 14 working days.
Need your artwork sooner? It may be possible for our printer to push you up the queue and get you your wall art sooner. There is a small $10 surcharge for this service. Please contact us before you place your order if you need an quicker delivery so we can check for you in advance.
Your canvas will be delivered by courier and will be protected by packaging that includes shrink wrap and bubble wrap in a secure cardboard carton.
All prices quoted on our website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). If you are paying from overseas please factor in any associated costs when you make your payment as we will not be held responsible for exchange rates or credit card fees relating to international transactions.
Photographic Print Packing and Shipping
Landscape photo print products are custom made to order and will be ordered on receipt of payment. Please note that our current delivery time is 7 to 10 working days.
Your print(s) will be shipped and protectively packaged in appropriately durable card. Depending on the size this will either be flat for smaller prints or rolled in a tube for larger ones.
We believe in the quality of our prints and canvas wall art and we’re confident you’ll love them too. But if that’s not the case and things aren’t as you expect it’s our policy to have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. As qualified members of the NZIPP (the photographic professional body for New Zealand) we comply with their code of ethics, but we also believe happy customers are the backbone of any good business!
Obviously we want you to receive your purchase in perfect condition and we go to do our best to make sure this is the case. If, however, in the unlikely event that during transit your artwork gets damaged, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to put the situation right, by sending you out a replacement as soon as possible. Damage must be reported within 1 week of receiving the goods.
We reckon you’re going to be absolutely thrilled with your wall art. If for some reason this isn’t the case, please let us know and you can return it to us, undamaged for a complete refund. In the event of a change of heart, return shipping costs are to be met by the customer. You’d need to let us know within 14 days of receiving your print if that is the case.
