The famous Moeraki Boulders! Using a long exposure has rendered the water into a silken liquid form. This photo is part of a fine art series that celebrates the contrast between the solid spherical rock form of the boulders and the transient waters that surrounds them.

This results in a piece of art for your wall that you will enjoy for years.

Canvas Prints

Our canvas prints are hugely popular. They really are a fantastic way to make a statement in any room. The photographic artwork is printed using superb inks onto premium quality canvas. The canvas is then stretched over a durable pine wood frame. The archival canvas inks are designed to stand the test of time.  Providing you keep your canvas out of direct sunlight you can expect your image to remain looking great without any noticeable fading for approximately 70 years. Each canvas has a UV coating to help protect the material.

The print quality is fantastic and renders all of the fine details captured in the image. Our canvases are printed in New Zealand with archival permanent ink on a high quality synthetic canvas wrap.

The canvas prints are gallery wrapped onto a wooden stretcher frame. The term “gallery wrap” refers to an image that appears on the sides of the frame as well as the front. We use a photo editing technique to mirror the existing image content on the wrapped edges so that the front image is not affected in any way.

Our printer/framer has developed and incorporated their own system in the stretcher bar. You will find that the frame is slotted at the inside rear of the frame – this is to accommodate screw heads which should be left approximately 8-10mm exposed from the wall so the frame will slide onto and sit flush on the wall. This way the canvas will always sit straight and never move. The canvas prints also come with an optional string for hanging. In addition, our canvas prints can also be hung with velcro adhesive strips.
